Welcome to PLUS LEARNING. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online courses, and educational services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
Our educational services are designed for students in Class 9th and 10th preparing for JEE and NEET examinations. By registering:
- Students must be enrolled in Class 9th or 10th at a recognized school
- Registration must be done by a parent or legal guardian
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- You must have access to a stable internet connection for online classes
Course Enrollment & Access
Course Access
- Upon successful enrollment and payment, students will receive access to live classes, recorded lectures, and study materials
- Access credentials are personal and non-transferable
- Course access is valid for the enrolled academic session only
- Batch size is limited to 25-40 students for personalized attention
Student Responsibilities
- Attend live classes regularly as per the schedule
- Complete assigned homework and practice sheets
- Participate in weekly tests and assessments
- Maintain discipline during online sessions
- Not share login credentials with others
Payment Terms
- Course fees must be paid as per the selected payment plan
- Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of access
- Scholarship discounts will be applied as per eligibility criteria
- All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes
Acceptable Use
Do's
- Use services for educational purposes only
- Respect teachers and fellow students
- Keep camera on during live classes
- Ask doubts respectfully
- Submit assignments on time
Don'ts
- Share or distribute course materials
- Record classes without permission
- Use abusive language
- Cheat in tests or exams
- Share login credentials
Intellectual Property
All course content is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials
- Record, screenshot, or capture live or recorded sessions
- Share materials on any platform or with any third party
- Modify or create derivative works based on our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes
Refund Policy Summary
- Within 7 days: Full refund (minus processing fees) if no classes attended
- 8-15 days: 50% refund if less than 3 classes attended
- After 15 days: No refund will be provided
- Special circumstances: Medical emergencies considered case-by-case
